1. About us
This website and the Luscanti store are operated by FSWZ GROUP LIMITED, trading as Luscanti. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17349013. 2. These terms
These terms apply when you use luscanti.com or purchase products from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Measurements are approximate and should be checked against our Size Guide before ordering. Product availability may change without notice.

4. Orders and the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy from us. After you order, we will send an acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

5. Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional and first-order discounts are subject to any conditions displayed with the offer, have no cash value and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout.

6. Delivery
We deliver using the services and prices shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them. 7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. For most online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Items may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. Nothing in our policies affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

8. Faulty goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact team@luscanti.com with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.

9. Website use and intellectual property
The Luscanti name, website design, photographs, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, exploit, interfere with or misuse the website or its content without permission.

10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and our payment, delivery and service providers may process information where necessary to operate the store and fulfil orders.

12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where the issue materially affects your order.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those available when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
