Shipping policy

UK shipping

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. UK orders use Royal Mail; the tracked carrier for international orders may vary by destination.

Standard delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.95 for UK orders below £100. Standard UK delivery is free when the order value is £100 or more.

Express delivery
UK express delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £6.99 per order when shown at checkout. Allow an estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch, plus our normal 1–2 working day preparation time. This is an estimated 2–4 working days from ordering, not a guaranteed next-day service. Some postcodes and carrier disruption may take longer.

Processing and delivery times
We normally prepare orders within 1–2 working days. For standard UK delivery, allow an estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch. Express and standard delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking to update.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the carrier’s expected timeframe, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at team@luscanti.com with your order number so we can investigate. Keep the packaging and take photographs if an item or parcel arrives damaged.

International delivery
We deliver to the international destinations available at checkout. Standard international shipping is charged at fixed amounts in the checkout currency, so these shipping prices do not change with daily exchange-rate movements. The final charge and any additional carrier-calculated options are shown before payment.

EU shipping charges
EUR 18.95 for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Czechia: CZK 442; Denmark: DKK 136; Hungary: HUF 6,600; Poland: PLN 80; Romania: RON 97; Sweden: SEK 203.

International delivery estimates
We normally prepare orders within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, allow an estimated 6–14 working days for EU delivery and 7–21 working days for other international destinations. Including our normal processing time, this is approximately 7–16 working days for the EU and 8–23 working days for other international destinations from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier disruption may add time; some destinations, including the Middle East, are currently experiencing longer delays.

Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier charges. Any charges collected at checkout are shown before payment; additional import charges may be requested by the destination customs authority or carrier.

Returns
Shipping for returns is covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
